Indie-pop artist Miloe unveils the sunny title track from his upcoming debut EP, ‘gaps’, accompanied by a soulful performance cut in and amongst his eclectic and playfully edited music video. Miloe is the musical project of 21-year-old Bob Kabeya, who was brought up in the Democratic Republic of Congo before moving to Minneapolis where he’s currently based. Though much of his music leans West with its lo-fi guitar-led sound, his first EP promises to offer more of the Afrobeat vibes which can be heard in songs such as ‘make ur way’ featuring 80purppp, a dazed and breezy genre-traversing hit. Miloe’s masterful ability to blend styles and build his own very distinct, very cool sonic aesthetic will undoubtedly take him to new heights in no time.
