Back again to take you on a wondrous musical journey, introducing you to an array of musical gems we’ve recently discovered. Kicking off strong with ‘Higher Ground’ a powerful new single by Kyra, taken from her magical soul EP ‘Xanadu’. Manchester’s Nina Cobham features with her latest single, ‘do you come here often?’ A very exciting talent that’s recently been put on our radar and she needs to be on yours too. Honing an outstanding bilingual voice, delivering R&B that soothes and also put’s a bounce in your step. A favourite to our playlists, Jamilah Barry follows on with her sensual number ‘Glitter’, which you’ll find amongst a further selection of arousing and seductive R&B tracks on her ‘Romance Me’ EP. South London based singer-songwriter Wolfie made a return with new music this year, finessing her stunning falsetto tone in ‘Supernatural’.
As always, we love an apparent change up throughout our playlists, delivering a splash of afrobeats and dance music where possible. With the Juls produced ‘Better’ by Tomi Agape and afro house number ‘King & Queen’ by LushKells, DJ Supa D and Mr Taffa - we drop some much needed uplifting vibes of the Motherland. ‘My Touch’ by dance video platform ‘Chop Daily’ and Eugy is an absolute tune, you’ll definitely be leaving that one on repeat. BenjiFlow impresses with his latest ‘You Know’, once again transcending differing sounds and genres into a musical masterpiece. RAY BLK’s ‘Lovesick’ was already a banger but then for Madara Beatz to flip the production into drill and with the addition of Ivorian Doll as well, MAD!
Closing out the playlist with Kassian’s remix of SG Lewis’ ‘Feed The Fire’ featuring Lucky Daye and just to keep things interesting, allow us to introduce you to some infectious underground Korean beats courtesy of CIFKA and her latest offering ‘Youth’.
