Ghetts - IC3 feat Skepta [Video]

Ghetts shares the intense, partly illustrated video for Skepta-assisted track ‘IC3’.

Wrly named after the UK police code for Black people, ‘IC3’ bears witness to the two grime icons as they offer a scathing and revealing assessment on British society. The artists reflect on their council estate upbringing, their current status as powerful black men in music and the hypocrisy that permeates the UK today. It almost goes without saying that Ghetts and Skepta are uncompromising in their delivery and successfully hit their message home with fearless, quick-witted verses and an attitude of self-assured defiance. The powerful performance is represented by visuals from Ruff Mercy and Hector Dockrill - a continuation of the theme and style in Ghett’s recent collaboration with Jaykae and Moonchild Sanelly, ‘Mozambique’.
