Ella Mai - Shot Clock [Video]

South London’s very own Ella Mai has dropped visuals for fan favourite slow jam ‘Shot Clock’ and she’s only giving you 24 seconds to shoot your shot.

Directed by Colin Tilley, the video sees Mai hanging around a basketball court, relaxing in a bathtub and serving some serious looks out on the bleachers. Mai’s message is clear throughout the DJ Mustard produced track, stop wasting her time, “about a hundred things I could be doing right now” and if you’re about it, “you got 24 seconds, can you beat the shot clock?”

Following up from ‘Trip’ and her Grammy nominated track ‘Boo’d Up,’ ‘Shot Clock’ is the third single off the 24-year old’s self-titled album. With the Grammy’s taking place next month, a headlining North American tour starting in Vancouver and a slot at Coachella, Mai is already winning 2019. Now you know why she doesn’t have any time to waste.
