Orange bomber jackets, pink phones and retro smoke machines, R&B singer, Khalid, has dropped the video for ‘OTW’ (On The Way) featuring 6LACK and Ty Dolla $ign. America’s latest obsession who shot to fame at only 20 years old, after his debut single ‘Location’ went viral, has teamed up with 6LACK and Ty Dolla $ign to create a summer jam we didn’t know we needed in our lives.

‘OTW’ features on Khalid’s highly successful ‘American Teen’ album from 2017, which reached No.4 on the Billboard 200 and opened the gates for his five Grammy nominations, including Best New Artist. The video for ‘OTW,’ directed by Calmatic, who previously directed Khalid’s triple-platinum winning ‘Young, Dumb and Broke,’ continues to play on the teens “American sweetheart” image. The song is shoulder moving worthy, it was only right to be complimented by scenes of the trio dancing besides cars in funky jackets and teenagers taking bedroom selfies before a good night out. Very fun, very Khalid.
