Channelling every aspect of the summer state of mind we all yearn for is East London songwriter Baby Pink with her new release ‘Peace of Mind’. Boasting tropical elements and soaring soundscapes, the bouncy track narrates Baby Pink’s personal growth and healing with a reflective approach.

We hear her encourage the desire to surround herself with positive, healthy and fulfilling relationships with lyrics such as, “I don’t do games I only want love and peace // I pay no mind if you’re draining my energy // I will end up right where I’m supposed to be,” cementing the track’s uplifting and affirming theme.

Speaking on ‘Peace of Mind’ Baby Pink shared:

“I wrote the track during the second UK lockdown, when I was struggling with self-doubt and feeling as if I were running out of time to achieve all I wanted. The song started as a set of positive manifestations to motivate and remind me not to rush my creativity and to trust the process.”

Baby Pink has already received industry praise and with this track radiating an energy too pure to go unnoticed, she’s set to continue to climb further onto the UK’s alt-R&B radar.
