Following the announcement of her hotly anticipated EP ‘Undertones’, Ivor Novello award winning artist Mysie releases the mesmeric and soothing ‘Keep Up With Your Heart’.

Written by Mysie with Daniel Wilson (who’s previously collaborated with Fraser T. Smith and Kendrick Lamar/The Weekend) ‘Keep Up With Your Heart’ pairs languid strums of a guitar with more reflective, melancholic lyrics as Mysie meditates on a love gone wrong. "It's about someone cheating on you,” she explains. "It's about letting go of a relationship and laying it all on the table." The emotional single has an intense, beautifully shot music video to match, with the camera focusing solely on Mysie lit in a shifting rainbow of coloured lights.

Reflecting on her music, Mysie states, “It's deeply, deeply in the blood." Raised in South East London and with roots in Uganda, Mysie has landed on an eye-opening form of intimate indie soul music that captures raw emotions wrapped in appealing yet intriguing song structures. Needless to say, we eagerly await the arrival of her ‘Undertones’ EP which will be released on May 21 via her new label home 70Hz, owned by her collaborator Fraser T. Smith.
