With the release of her debut album ‘I FKN LOVE MYSELF’ Dutch singer, songwriter and producer Romy Dya drops the official music video for the project’s lead track ‘She’.

Exploring the journey of a woman’s self worth, the video depicts the elements of a toxic love relationship and the repeat cycle of intertwined good times and abuse. Speaking on the track, Romy says, “It’s about a woman who has been through a lot but has become stronger and wiser. She finally healed when she found love in herself. She had to get rid of the old version of ‘her’ by confronting her fears and traumatic experiences.” Directed by Djodjo Pongo, the visual metaphorically brings Romy’s meaning of the song to life, in a beautiful short film.
