New York Fashion Week | Autumn / Winter 2020 Sergio Hudson Show [Backstage]
Transporting us back to the late eighties, early nineties with his R&B / pop rock diva inspired collection, American atelier Sergio Hudson, presented his first ever runway show on Friday (February 7th) for his Autumn / Winter collection during New York Fashion Week. Known for immaculate tailoring, infusing androgyny paired with overtly sexy silhouettes, Hudson’s AW20 collection displayed a whole lot of fierceness and sophistication.
Pure elegance for the bold and confident woman, Hudson presented modern yet also classic designs with his use of intricate layering in luxurious cashmeres, supple leathers in colour blocking black, white and turquoise along with standout velvet pieces, dosed in crystals that sparkled down the Spring Studio’s runway.
Sergio Hudson’s AW20 collection effortlessly highlights glamour, opulence and decadence - a collection of designs for women who mean business, with the conviction to uphold her inner luxurious diva style.
