JVCK JAMES - Favours [Video]

UK artist JVCK JAMES releases fresh new R&B single, ‘Favours’ alongside a low-key but revealing accompanying music video.

From his future EP ‘Joyride’, slated for release in February 2021, JVCK JAMES teams up with producer Jacob Manson for the smooth, trap-inflected track which is warmed up with soothing licks of the electronic guitar. The song’s visual sees JVCK explore the familiar surroundings of his East London stomping ground amongst his friends and family, giving us a look into the environment and experiences that have made him who he is. Reflecting on the tune, JVCK says, “Favours is my most personal record yet. It reflects on some of the struggles I had to endure growing up which allowed me to become the person I am today. This song is a celebration of loyalty. A nod to the ones that never switched up on me. This is for my Day 1’s. This is an ode to London.”
